    Credit forfeits on cancellation. You keep what you spend before cancel; the remaining balance does not roll over.

  • When do credits expire?

    90 days from issue while your membership is active. The clock resets each period's grant.

  • Can I pause or downgrade?

    Yes. One-click pause from your portal. Downgrade or upgrade at the next billing cycle.

  • What if I ship fewer than four videos a month?

    Member rates always cost less per video than a-la-carte. The catch is using the full credit each month; ship enough to spend it and you come out ahead every time. Ship less and the unused credit goes to waste.
