Before You Book.
What is the turnaround?
Your editor works your queue day to day, not in project batches, so work comes back in 1 to 3 days. You set the priorities with them on the onboarding call and adjust as you go.
How does communication work?
You talk directly with your editor. Their channel, their hours, no ticket queue and no account manager in between. Briefs, footage links and revision notes run through your client portal, and your editor is notified the moment something lands.
How does onboarding work?
Every placement starts with an onboarding call that sets working hours, capacity and expectations with your editor in the room. Your editor is matched after that call, not before it.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Things change, and we coordinate any change with you rather than making you work around a plan.
What happens if my editor is sick or away?
The work routes to our overflow team. Send it through your portal, two projects a month are included at no extra cost, and turnaround stays the same 1 to 3 days.
What if it is not working out?
The agreement includes a two-week trial period, and that is the window to say so: we replace the editor, or the agreement is waived. Beyond it, the placement is a six-month engagement.

- If it is not the right time for you, we will say so.
